A Nashville mission trip is unlike any other. Although the city attracts over 15 million tourists a year and is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, there is still a major need here for compassionate ministry.

Within city limits, over 100,000 residents are below the poverty line, and that number grows every year. In fact, the surge in poverty over the last 10 years greatly surpasses the national average.


And due to the recent economic and population boom, many low-income families are being displaced.

PROJECTS


This affordable mission trip connects you with the stories of the people you’ll serve. Based on the specific needs and interests of your group, we’ll help you choose which projects to focus on during your trip and coordinate with our inner-city ministries partners to serve in various ways, including:

  • Painting, cleaning, and remodeling projects
  • Sorting clothing
  • Feeding the homeless
  • Working at food banks
  • Serving in a Nashville’s homeless shelters
  • Leading Vacation Bible Schools and Sports Camps to inner-city children and youth.


Schedule


This trip will begin with a Sunday afternoon check-in and conclude with a Friday morning departure.

Breakfast is provided Monday – Friday.


Lunch and dinner is provided Monday – Wednesday.

Work projects are scheduled Monday – Wednesday.

Thursday is set aside as a free day — great for local site-seeing excursions.




COST


$285 per camper

Lodging, Insurance, Site Director, Daily Devotionals, Training Materials, and a Fund Raiser Book are all included.
