Below is a registration form that will officially register you for a trip. After you complete the various entries, send it to us and we will contact you with more information about confirming your trip. Again, thanks for choosing Hands on WV. All trips are Sunday - Friday and require a group or combination of groups to have at least 10 members in order ensure a trips success. If your group is fewer than 10 members, we will make every attempt to schedule other groups during the same time to meet this requirement. Please contact us with any questions prior to registering your group.
A $200 TEAM DEPOSIT is due upon your group registration.
Payment 1 -1/3 of balance is due 90-days prior to trip.
Payment 2 -1/3 of balance is due 60-days prior to trip.
Payment 3 - remaining balance is due 30-days prior to trip.

  • Payment Schedule: A $200 group registration fee is required to complete your registration. This is required for us to reserve a week for your group. We cannot reserve a week for you, until the registration fee is received. This is a non-refundable deposit that does not go towards your total trip fee. Your trip will be broken into a total of 3 payments to allow plenty of time for fundraising and gathering payments from your students. Your full balance must be paid 30-days before your arrival date. 90 days prior to arrival, first payment of 1/3 balance due. 60 days prior to arrival, second payment of 1/3 balance due. 30 days prior to arrival, final payment of remaining balance due. * No Refund Policy (includes deposits and full trip payments) * All payments are transferable. * All payments must be received by June 1st or a 5% late fee will be added to the cost of your trip. * Any late payments voids ALL discounts. AS THE GROUP LEADER I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE AND HOLD MYSELF RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING AND SENDING BOTH THE REGISTRATION FEE(s) AND 3 SEPARATE TRIP PAYMENTS ON TIME. I UNDERSTAND THAT MY TRIP MAY NOT BE SECURED UNTIL THE REGISTRATION FEE IS RECEIVED BY MISSION ACADEMY. I, ALSO, UNDERSTAND THAT MY GROUP WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR BUILDING MATERIALS, WHEN PARTICIPATING IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
